College Summer Research Programs
"The Research Experiences for Undergraduates (REU) program supports
active research participation by undergraduate students in any of the areas
of research funded by the National Science Foundation..."
Research
Experiences for Undergraduates (REU) program
These are but a few of the research opportunities available for pre-college
and undergraduate students! Don't limit yourself to these links; use
Google to search for more opportunities, particularly in your area of
interest, including the terms "summer undergraduate research."
Undergraduate research can be important to your future employment and
graduate school admission. Plus it's great experience, challenging and
fun!
Freshmen and those with with no lab experience are recommend to apply to 10 or
12 programs; 2 or 3 is not enough.
